The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of casino security, with firearm certification and EMS-related qualifications, to lead a team and respond to emergencies professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years' casino security experience.
• Firearm certification required or within six months of hire; annual certification maintained.
• Emergency Medical Responder certification or completion within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Supervisors, Tribal Public Safety Officers, Security Officers and Dispatch personnel.
• Recognize and manage emergency situations; secure scenes and coordinate responders.
• Lead investigations, trainings, and department initiatives while complying with laws and policies.
• Maintain and review security reports, conduct or supervise investigations, and ensure staff scheduling is accurate.
