• Ensures compliance with all department, company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Creates and fosters an environment of support and motivation for team members.
• Ensures OSHA and HazCom compliance, including MSDS maintenance.
• Reviews and implements preventative maintenance programs and supports renovations.
