• Demonstrates superior customer service and greeting guests warmly.
• Promotes programs and card memberships; enforces safety rules.
• Guard transfers of money and chips; adheres to security regulations.
• Responds to service issues; resolves breakdowns and maintains energy.
• Operates casino assets and supports the Bad Beat system as needed.
• Performs security/safety duties for Casino/Hotel and other tasks.
