Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.

• Must obtain Illinois Gaming Board Level 2 license (required).
• Must be 21 years of age or older (required).
• Strong customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Foster a fun, entertainment-oriented atmosphere per Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy.
• Promote superior guest service and build lasting guest relations.
• Oversee casino and company asset security.
• Ensure guests, employees and assets are safe.
• Prepare and file Security Incident Reports.
• Escort chips, cash, and table game drops per procedures.
