Job summary

Bally's Interactive is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to manage the Security Department on assigned shifts across Bally's Black Hawk properties. You will oversee all casino security operations, ensuring compliance with federal/state law, gaming regulations, and Internal Control Minimum Procedures.

You will lead and motivate security officers, enforce policies, and deliver exceptional guest service while coordinating with the Manager on Duty to resolve issues and support team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest relations skills required.
• Two years minimum in progressively responsible security roles in casino environment preferred.
• Colorado Gaming license or ability to obtain license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead security officers on shift and oversee all casino security operations.
• Represent Security Director in relations with guests and team members.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and internal controls on shift.
• Maintain high standards of guest service at all times.
• Communicate laws, regulations, and procedures to the team clearly.
