Job summary

Bally’s Quad Cities Casino & Hotel is seeking a dedicated team member to ensure guest service excellence and uphold casino security and safety standards. The role involves protecting guests, staff, and property while enforcing all policies and procedures.

You will report to your supervisor, monitor promotions and events, and perform any duties as assigned. The environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and commitment to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain an Illinois Gaming License
• Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
• Able to work flexible shifts

Responsibilities

• Maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service.
• Oversees the physical security of the casino and company assets.
• Responsible for the physical safety of guests, employees and property.
• Report to their immediate supervisor, without hesitation, any criminal or suspicious activity.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Report to their immediate supervisor, without hesitation, any violations of company policy & procedure, the Adopted Rules, MIC’s, or IC’s.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.
