Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and 2–5 years related cash operations experience.
• Professional demeanor and ability to communicate well with the public; fast-paced environment.
• Ability to formulate and communicate ideas and make independent decisions.
• Strong written and verbal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; Ten Key Adding Machine experience.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses and certifications required for responsibilities.
• Must meet regulatory conditions for individuals holding similar positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise player services operations per internal controls and regulations.
• Provide next-level guest service to internal and external guests.
• Hire, train, coach, and direct staff to meet objectives.
• Maintain budgeting and staffing to support efficient operations.
• Monitor compliance with gaming regulations and risk controls.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and check deposits.
• Coordinate with Security/Surveillance and bank for variances.
• Ensure minors are not allowed to gamble and enforce responsible gaming.
