Job summary

Revo Casino & Social House is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee the player services team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment at our Conway, NH location. You will ensure accurate cash handling, supervise staff, and maintain compliance with gaming policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in a high-volume cash operation, with strong Excel/Word and communication skills. This is a full-time, in-person position supporting our vibrant guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–2 years of related cash operations experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; strong numerical and data entry skills.
• Professional demeanor with excellent public communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide next-level guest service to internal and external guests.
• Hire, train, coach, and direct staff to achieve objectives.
• Maintain department standards, budgets, and staffing for efficient operation.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, and policies.
• Supervise cash handling, deposits, and currency management daily.
• Respond to guest relations issues and resolve problems promptly.
