Responsibilities

• Leads and supports table games dealers to create legendary customer service.
• Ensures dealers have training, tools, and mindset for success.
• Leads the dealer team to continuously improve the employee experience.
• Ensures operational and game integrity.
• Tracks guest play and relays information to the immediate Supervisor.
• Settles minor disputes in a professional and timely manner.
• Handles guest concerns quickly and efficiently.
• Executes changes in table games limits to meet customer demand.
• Informs Pit Manager and Surveillance of irregular play.
• Maintains bank floats and reports significant transactions.
• Verbalizes disputes to Pit Manager when needed.
• Knows and abides by regulations, internal controls and company policies.
