Job summary

Revo Casino and Social House in Keene, NH seeks a seasoned Security Director to lead guest safety and asset protection. You will hire, train, coach, and supervise security staff, setting standards and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Coordinate with surveillance and legal teams, manage investigations, and respond to emergencies while fostering a service-driven, welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• Ability to formulate and communicate ideas and to make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provides next-level guest service to internal and external guests.
• Hires, motivates, trains, coaches, mentors, and directs staff to ensure leadership and resources to achieve objectives.
• Develops and enforces security procedures and regulations.
• Plans, develops, and directs staffing, supervision, training and scheduling of all security personnel.
• Coordinates with surveillance to ensure security of guests, team members and assets.
• Implements emergency procedures and coordinates with outside law enforcement as needed.
