Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports table games dealers to deliver legendary customer service.
• Ensures dealers are trained and equipped to perform as service professionals.
• Maintains game integrity and complies with internal controls and NH Lottery Commission regulations.
• Keeps staff informed of changes in table limits and customer demand.
• Reports significant cash and cheque transactions and communicates concerns to supervisors.
