• Oversee live and tournament poker games for smooth play.
• Manage player lists, balance tables, and dealer assignments.
• Support tournament registrations, buy-ins, and payouts with cage and security.
• Ensure integrity of games per house rules and Colorado gaming laws.
• Monitor games for irregularities and take corrective action.
• Provide high-quality customer service and resolve player concerns.
• Maintain logs, shift reports, and incident documentation.
• Mentor and train new dealers and floor staff.
• Lead by example in professionalism and game knowledge.
• Stay updated on poker trends and industry best practices.
