Responsibilities

• Build guest relations throughout every shift by welcoming guests and encouraging return visits.
• Assist with reservations for events, promotions, and guest accommodations.
• Answer all incoming calls and maintain knowledge of casino operations and offers.
• Communicate promotion details with other departments and assist with guest mailings.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with discretion and professionalism.
