Job summary

Bally's Marquette is seeking a friendly and professional Players Club Representative to assist guests with promotions, events, lodging and transportation inquiries. You will build guest relations, handle reservations, respond to calls, and promote upcoming casino events while upholding company policies and delivering outstanding service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to obtain a state Gaming License.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• State Gaming License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations for events, promotions and accommodations.
• Answer all incoming calls and maintain knowledge of casino products, services and policies.
• Book event, hotel, and restaurant reservations for guests upon request.
• Promote upcoming events by making announcements and informing guests.
• Handle routine guest complaints and incidents with discretion to resolve and maintain guest relations.
