Job summary

Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures is seeking a Food & Beverage Ambassador to manage guest seating, handle payments, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced casino environment. You will work with Casino Hosts, Food Servers, and cooks to ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring prompt service, answering questions, and assisting guests from arrival to departure while maintaining a courteous, friendly demeanor and a clean dining

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience is required.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Adhere to gaming regulations and health/safety standards.
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest interactions and seating in a courteous manner.
• Process guest payments and maintain cash control.
• Provide accurate wait times and reservation details to Guests.
• Assist in maintaining clean, sanitary dining areas.
• Communicate with guests and fellow associates to ensure smooth service.
