Floor & Decor is seeking a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to warmly greet customers, handle checkouts, process returns, and maintain accurate cash handling. The role emphasizes exceptional service and alignment with store standards, with varying starting pay based on experience.

Positions available include both Full-Time and Part-Time roles. The successful candidate will demonstrate basic math skills, reliability, and a friendly, energetic approach to helping customers with their flooring

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers and follow cash procedures.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
