Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to greet customers, process transactions, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help customers with product recommendations, handle returns, and ensure accurate cash handling and safety compliance.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The role may require occasional travel to other stores for support and provides opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, discuss projects, recommend products and excite purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate understanding of safety processes and follow company policy.
• Process transactions at checkout using POS system and handle refunds/exchanges.
• Open and close registers and follow cash acceptance procedures.
• Assist with stock, tagging and displaying merchandise as needed.
• Answer phones per company guidelines.
