Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to be the first and final interaction for customers. You will greet customers, process checkouts at the POS, handle returns, and help ensure an exceptional shopping experience across a proactive team.

Positions include both Full-Time and Part-Time roles. The role requires basic math, strong customer service, and willingness to travel to other stores if needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Answer the telephone according to guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
