Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a friendly Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to greet customers, handle checkout, returns and exchanges with accuracy, and support store operations. This role requires a helpful attitude, basic math skills and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. You may travel between stores on support assignments as needed, and you will be expected to provide exceptional service that aligns with Floor & Decor’s standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Handle product returns, exchanges and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Open and close registers and follow cash handling guidelines.
• Stock and display merchandise as required.
