Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, discuss projects, and recommend products to excite purchases.
• Provide above-and-beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate compliance with safety processes.
• Act in line with company core values.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow cash, check, and credit card procedures.
• Answer the telephone according to guidelines.
• Stock and display merchandise; create price tags and signs.
