JCPenney is seeking a Cashier to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales at the register. You will greet customers, handle returns, process transactions, and assist with omnichannel and inventory tasks while upholding store standards and safety policies.

You will participate in credit, rewards, and gift card programs, promoting loyalty initiatives and ensuring accurate merchandising at all times.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist customers while providing excellent service, engaging customers to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs.
• Complete checkout processes, including returns and re-ticketing, and assist with signing, merchandising standards at all checkouts.
• Assist with omnichannel efforts, recovery, put-backs, fitting room maintenance, and participate in annual inventory processes.
• Support company shrink and safety initiatives; meet performance standards, including iCAP program participation, product and service sales, customer service, profitability, productivity, and attendance.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service & Sales – Greet customers and provide excellent service, resolving problems and guiding credit, rewards, and gift card programs.
• Checkout Standards – Complete checkout processes including returns, re-ticketing, and maintain signing and merchandising at all checkouts.
• General Operations – Assist omnichannel efforts, recovery, put-backs, fitting room maintenance, and inventory activities.
• Performance Standards – Support shrink and safety initiatives and strive toward stated performance metrics.
