Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Cashier to enhance the customer service and sales experience at the register and during checkout. You will maintain checkout standards, support omnichannel and inventory tasks, and help ensure shrink and safety performance targets are met.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, returns, and re-ticketing, and assisting with merchandising and recovery efforts. You will work to drive sales and provide excellent service throughout the shift.
