You will operate the POS system, engage customers about rewards and gift programs, and contribute to a positive, efficient checkout environment while maintaining safety and shrink controls.

Qualifications

• Maintain checkout standards and assist with merchandising at checkout.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales - Greet and assist customers, provide excellent service, promote programs to drive sales.
• Checkout Standards - Complete transactions, handle returns, support signing and merchandising at checkouts, use POS on devices.
• General Operations - Assist Omnichannel efforts, support with recovery, backstock and shelf replenishment; participate in inventory processes.
• Performance Standards - Support shrink and safety initiatives; meet performance metrics across sales, service, productivity and attendance.
