Aviat Networks is seeking a Cash Application Specialist in Colorado to process and apply payments, reconcile cash, and support accounts receivable activities. You will collaborate with AR, Credit, and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate account reconciliation and timely cash flow.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in cash application or AR, a degree in accounting/finance, and strong ERP/Excel skills.

Competenze

Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or related finance function.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of bank transactions, remittances, and financial reconciliations.

Mansioni

Process and apply daily customer payments to correct accounts and invoices.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies, misapplied payments, short payments, and deductions.
Reconcile cash receipts to ensure accurate reporting.
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Credit teams to resolve unapplied cash issues.
Monitor bank statements and remittance details to ensure proper application.
Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
Maintain documentation of all cash application transactions for audit purposes.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Respond to inquiries regarding payment allocations and account balances.
