Qualifications

• 2+ years of cash application or accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic formulas.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Post and apply payments to customer accounts accurately and timely.
• Apply line-item payments within 24 hours of receipt when possible.
• Research, review, and resolve unapplied payments and credits.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Assist with month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues.
