Securitas Technology is seeking a Cash Application Specialist to accurately apply customer payments, maintain customer accounts, and support AR processes. The role involves reconciliation, documentation, and regular updates to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in cash application or accounting, strong ERP/MS Office skills, and excellent English communication abilities. This position offers growth within a nationwide security solutions provider.

Formación

• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years’ experience in cash application or accounts receivable preferred; accounting/finance experience acceptable.
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer payments per documents and records.
• Maintain accuracy in customer accounts and GL; escalate issues to OTC Lead when needed.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve aging AR issues.
• Obtain necessary supporting documents from customers.
• Provide regular updates and reporting for stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve DSO and cash flow.
