Qualifications

• 5+ years Accounts Receivable experience.
• Proven organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work comfortably within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
• Experience with high-volume, fast paced environment.
• Experience working with a large ERP system.
• Cash applications experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex month-end reconciliations and prepare proforma invoices.
• Process cash receipts including ACH, wire, checks and credit cards.
• Prepare audit packets and assist with reconciliations and reporting.
• Respond to inquiries via email and phone in a high-volume environment.
• Support ad hoc AR projects and reporting as needed.
