The CASE Trips coordinator is responsible for organizing, promoting, and implementing Alternative Break service trips. All staff members are required to attend CASE-sponsored events outside of the normal scope of position duties; it is expected that each staff member will work additional hours throughout the semester to ensure adequate staff coverage at these events.
CASE Operations
Wage: $12.50/hour Cost of alternative break trips is included as benefit of position. The University Centers Student Employment Program Wage Classification Scale classifies this position as Division I, Range I.
The CASE Trips Coordinator must have knowledge of the CASE, be comfortable presenting information to large groups, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Preference will be given to qualified candidates with at least two semesters remaining at UWSP.
The Trips Coordinator must be at least a part-time student (enrolled in a minimum of 6 undergraduate or 5 graduate credits) and be in good academic standing (cumulative and semester GPAs of 2.0 or higher) at the time of hiring and throughout employment.
