Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a litigation law firm; employment law preferred.
• Proven work in fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of matter staffing, understanding each case's unique needs and attorney capabilities.
• Use firm resources and technology to support staffing decisions.
• Ensure attorneys' caseloads stay on track to meet billable requirements.
• Handle transitions of matters during departures, leaves of absence, and integration of new hires.
• Maintain a client-focused approach to strengthen relationships within local offices.
