Key responsibilities include managing staffing for cases, ensuring attorneys meet billable requirements, and maintaining client relationships. Salary for this position in Washington State is between $125,000 and $160,000, plus eligibility for annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a litigation law firm, preferably in employment law.
• Proven work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of matter staffing based on each case's unique needs.
• Ensure attorneys' caseloads meet billable requirements.
• Handle transitions of matters during attorney departures and new hire integration.
