• Oversee assignment of attorneys to matters based on skills, experience, capacity, and billable hour trends.
• Use firm resources and technology to maintain accurate caseloads and meet billable requirements.
• Handle transitions of matters during attorney departures, leaves of absence, and integration of new hires.
• Maintain a client‑focused approach and nurture relationships within local offices.
