Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of matter staffing, understanding each case's unique needs and attorney strengths.
• Use firm resources and technology to support case staffing.
• Ensure attorneys' caseloads meet billable requirements.
• Handle transitions of matters during departures, leaves, and new hires.
• Maintain client-focused relationships and strengthen client engagement in local offices.
