Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Case Staffing Manager in Denver, CO responsible for allocating staffing to legal matters. This role will support the firm's broader staffing efforts and oversee the assignment of attorneys based on their skills and availability.

The Case Staffing Manager is responsible for the allocation and staffing of legal matters within Jackson Lewis. This position will initially support the broader case staffing efforts for the firm as a floater and potentially be aligned to specific offices as practices expand. The role oversees the assignment of attorneys to matters based on skills, experience, and availability, and develops an understanding of attorney caseloads, strengths, areas of expertise, capacity, and billable hours trends. The manager will understand all aspects of each matter, including complexity of litigation when assigning matters.
For the Chicago and Seattle metro areas, the expected salary range is $125,000 to $160,000, with eligibility for annual bonuses. Compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. For the Colorado and Washington State positions, the salary range is also $125,000 to $160,000, with annual bonuses, determined by experience and other factors permitted by law.
