Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager to oversee a caseload of participants, applying evidence-based practices to support successful community reentry.

You will deliver cognitive behavioral curriculum in group and individual sessions, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, and document progress in the company database, ensuring compliance with program rules. You will conduct orientations, explain contracts, and collaborate with staff and partnering agencies to support participants’

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher; two years with criminal justice population preferred.
• CBT Facilitator certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manages a participant caseload using What Works principles and documents progress in the database.
• Conducts orientation meetings to explain program rules and participant responsibilities.
• Facilitates evidence-based CBT programs and life skills in group and individual settings.
• Develops and monitors rehabilitation plans and exit plans with participants.
• May provide backup as Assistant Case Manager and cover porterville location as needed.
