The GEO Group, Inc. seeks a Case Manager to provide ongoing support and structure for participants in developing program plans. You will manage a caseload and apply What Works principles in all interactions with participants and staff.

Responsibilities include creating personalized programs, monitoring progress, and ensuring documentation and confidentiality. Join a team focused on evidence-based rehabilitation and community reintegration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years' work experience in a related field preferred.
• Familiar with community corrections systems and practices.
• Familiar with public/private employment services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare written personalized programs for participants to establish measurable criteria and timeframes.
• Review plan with participants weekly and document progress for re-entry goals.
• Assist participants to establish personal budgets, housing, education and vocational programs.
• Orient participants on facility procedures and introductions to staff.
• Maintain confidential participant files to protect privacy.
