Job summary

The GEO Group is seeking a dedicated case management professional to support participants in correctional and reentry programs. Under supervision, you will manage a caseload, apply the What Works framework, and implement program plans with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing individualized plans, assisting with budgeting and housing, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and one year of case management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Criminal Justice, or a related field, or the equivalent experience.
• One year of experience as a case manager.
• Familiar with community corrections systems and practices.
• Ability to write clear concise reports in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepares personalized programs for participants to establish measurable criteria and timelines.
• Assists participants with budgeting, housing, education and vocational programs.
• Orientates new participants and explains program rules and contract terms.
• Maintains confidential participant files and protects privacy.
• Prepares terminal reports upon participant release within contract timeframes.
• Participates in staff meetings to share observations and recommendations.
