Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a case manager to support residents by managing a caseload and developing program plans under supervision. You will help residents set goals, review progress weekly, and assist with budgeting, housing, and employment opportunities.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, maintaining confidential files, and coordinating with Job Developers to verify employment. A background in social or behavioral services is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant human services experience.
• Familiar with community corrections systems and practices.
• Ability to write clear concise reports in English.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and structure to residents by managing a caseload and assisting with program plans.
• Prepare personalized programs with measurable goals and weekly progress reviews.
• Assist residents to establish budgets and pursue housing, employment, and education.
• Monitor safety and facility standards and maintain confidential resident files.
• Collaborate with job developers to verify employment suitability and assist with job placement.
• Ensure compliance with program rules, monitoring and reporting requirements.

Skills

Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)

Education

Bachelor's Degree in social, human services, criminal justice or behavioral science
