Job summary

GEO Reentry Services, LLC seeks a dedicated Case Manager to oversee a caseload and deliver cognitive behavioral curriculum to participants preparing for successful community reintegration.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document progress, and coordinate with partner agencies. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working with the criminal justice population.
• CBT familiarity is desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Case Manager manages a participant caseload using principles of the What Works system. May conduct risk/need assessments and creates individual treatment plans for each assigned participant.
• Meets regularly with participants and documents participants' progress or regress in Company database.
• Conducts orientation meetings with new participants to explain program rules and regulations.
• The Case Manager reports all program violations to the appropriate agency or official via the established reporting parameters.
• May conduct the duties of the Assistant Case Manager and must have the skills to complete those duties at a basic level.
• Facilitates evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Treatment (CBT) programs and other life skills programs to participants groups each week.
• Documents participants' attendance, participation and progress in Company database.
• The Case Manager conducts group and individual meetings utilizing motivational interviewing techniques.
• Works with participants to develop and implement a rehabilitative plan.
• May testify in court regarding participants' compliance with court orders.
• Keeps the referring officers apprised of participant's progress.
