The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support participants in developing individualized program plans and managing caseloads within a correctional and community reentry setting.

Responsibilities include creating measurable behavior criteria, weekly plan reviews, budgeting assistance, housing and education referrals, and ensuring timely discharge reporting while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with program requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• Two years’ work experience in a related field; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiar with community corrections systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare written personalized programs for each participant with measurable criteria and timelines.
• Review plans weekly with participants and document progress toward life skills and re-entry goals.
• Assist participants with budgets, housing, education and vocational programs.
• Orient participants to the facility and complete necessary paperwork and tours.
• Maintain confidential participant files and prepare discharge reports.
• Participate in staff meetings and support a unified team approach.
