The GEO Group in the United States is seeking a case manager to oversee a caseload of participants. You will apply evidence-based practices, conduct assessments, and coordinate discharge plans under contract guidelines. Multilingual communication and strong organizational skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities include weekly meetings with participants, documenting progress, and ensuring compliance with program rules while liaising with supervising agencies and officials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Services required.
• One year of casework experience with the Supervised Offender population.
• Driver's license required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to become certified in cognitive behavioral skills within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the Supervised Offender at least weekly to review progress.
• Manage casework functions and monitor progress of offenders.
• Prepare discharge/continuing care plans and forward documentation.
• Conduct risk/need assessments and create individual treatment plans.
• Explain program rules during orientation meetings for new participants.
• Represent GEO in contacts with officials within the criminal justice system.
