Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC seeks a dedicated professional to manage a caseload of participants in a community rehabilitation program. You will apply evidence‑based practices, conduct risk/needs assessments, and coordinate with courts and agencies to ensure program compliance.

Face‑to‑face services and documentation in the company database are required. You will also explain contracts, monitor attendance, and support participants in developing rehabilitative plans through group and individual

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in social, human services, criminal justice or behavioral science.
1 year of experience in human services, corrections, or community-based services.
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not mandatory.
Must be able to write clear concise reports in English.

Responsibilities

Manages a participant caseload using evidence-based practices and documents progress.
Explains program rules, contracts, and uses electronic monitoring when required.
Schedules activities, approves changes, and manages participant communications.
Collects and notifies on delinquent fees; monitors compliance with counseling.
