Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a case management professional to oversee a caseload within an evidences-based rehabilitation program. You will administer program policies, conduct assessments, and document progress in the company database while applying What Works practices in all interactions with participants and staff.

You will lead orientation, develop treatment plans, coordinate scheduling, and ensure compliance with court requirements, including possible testimony.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social, human services, criminal justice or behavioral science.
• 1 year experience in human services, corrections, or community-based services.
• Work experience may substitute for education; total five years when substituting.
• Familiar with community corrections systems and practices.
• Familiar with community workforce needs, public and private agencies.
• Ability to write clear concise reports in English with correct grammar.
• Must be able to react quickly in an emergency situation.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work with computers and necessary software.

Responsibilities

• Manages a caseload using principles of the “What Works” system and documents progress.
• Conducts risk/need assessments and creates individual treatment plans.
• Explains program rules to participants and demonstrates responsibilities.
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment when necessary.
• Sets participant schedules and approves activity changes.
• Collects participant fees when required and notifies delinquent fees.
• Monitors compliance with counseling and reports program violations.
• Represents the company in contacts within the criminal justice system.
• Facilitates evidence-based CBT programs and life skills sessions.
• Develops CMPs and discharge/aftercare plans.
• May testify in court and provide backup for client intakes.
