West Coast Trial Lawyers in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a detail-oriented Case Manager Assistant to support our Pre-Litigation team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced personal injury environment and room to grow within the firm.

You will work with Case Managers and Attorneys to manage day-to-day pre-litigation tasks, including client communication, file organization, and administrative support, ensuring timely progress and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in a legal support role within a personal injury firm.
• Working knowledge of personal injury case processes and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, attorneys, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist case managers with day-to-day pre-litigation case support and file management.
• Organize and maintain case files, correspondence, and documentation.
• Request, track, and follow up on records, documents, and client information.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates.
• Update case notes and maintain accurate records in the case management system.
• Coordinate internal tasks and deadlines to support timely case progression.
• Assist with preparing demand packages and other pre-litigation materials.
