Job summary

Protouch Staffing in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Pre-Litigation to oversee day-to-day management of its pre-litigation Case Managers. This hands-on leadership role requires strong background in personal injury pre-litigation, case inventory oversight, and team development.

The role involves coaching, performance management, and collaboration with attorneys to ensure cases progress efficiently and standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and evaluating personnel.
• Knowledge of the personal injury lifecycle from intake through settlements.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to provide direct feedback and manage team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Case Managers with regular feedback.
• Set and monitor performance expectations; address accountability.
• Review inventories to identify stalled or aging files needing action.
• Ensure consistent client communication throughout the pre-litigation process.
• Audit case files for progress and deficiencies; implement corrective actions.
• Escalate and resolve complex or problematic cases to move matters forward.
• Serve as primary management-level escalation point for Case Managers and clients.
• Train and onboard Case Managers; reinforce firm procedures.
• Participate in performance evaluations and ongoing management.
