You will handle a full caseload, draft pleadings, coordinate depositions, and negotiate liens to maximize client recovery while mentoring the Phoenix team as it grows.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Arizona personal injury law as a Paralegal or Case Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with case management software, legal systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our Arizona team. This individual will play a critical role in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring strong case development, exceptional client communication, and favorable outcomes.

• Manage a full caseload of Arizona personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence with accuracy and timeliness
• Handle client communications with professionalism and empathy, keeping clients informed throughout the case lifecycle
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, medical appointments, and expert consultations
• Negotiate liens and medical bills to maximize client recovery
• Work closely with attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Arizona personal injury law as a Paralegal or Case Manager
• Demonstrated success managing cases independently with minimal supervision
• Strong drive, initiative, and ability to thrive in a startup office environment
• In-depth knowledge of Arizona personal injury procedures, courts, and litigation practices
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with case management software, legal systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred, but not required

Compensation

Compensation: $30.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on experience
