An excellent entry-level opportunity exists for a detail-oriented Case Manager Assistant to support the Pre-Litigation team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on day-to-day case management, client communication, and administrative tasks throughout the pre-litigation process, with room for growth as you collaborate with Case

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience as a Litigation Assistant, Legal Assistant, Case Manager Assistant, or in a similar legal support role within a personal injury law firm.
• Prior personal injury experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional with clients, attorneys, and staff.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist case managers with day-to-day pre-litigation case support and file management
• Organize and maintain case files, correspondence, and documentation
• Request, track, and follow up on records, documents, and client information
• Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and ensure required documents are received
• Update case notes and maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system
• Coordinate internal tasks and deadlines to support timely case progression
• Assist with preparing demand packages and other pre-litigation materials, as needed
• Provide general administrative support to the pre-litigation team
