West Coast Trial Lawyers APLC is seeking a detail-oriented Case Manager Assistant to support the Pre-Litigation team in Phoenix. This entry-level role focuses on client communication, case organization, and administrative duties in a fast-paced personal injury environment.

You will work closely with Case Managers and Attorneys to manage day-to-day pre-litigation tasks, ensure timely document collection, and maintain accurate records in the firm’s system. Prior injury-law experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in a litigation or legal support role within a personal injury firm.
• Prior personal injury experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist case managers with day-to-day pre-litigation case support and file management.

• Request, track, and follow up on records, documents, and client information.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Case Manager Assistant to support our Pre-Litigation team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow within the legal field and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced personal injury environment.

The Case Manager Assistant will work closely with Case Managers and Attorneys to support the day-to-day management of cases including client communication case organization and administrative support throughout the pre-litigation process.

Responsibilities

• Assist case managers with day-to-day pre-litigation case support and file management
• Organize and maintain case files, correspondence, and documentation
• Request, track, and follow up on records, documents, and client information
• Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and ensure required documents are received
• Update case notes and maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system
• Coordinate internal tasks and deadlines to support timely case progression
• Assist with preparing demand packages and other pre-litigation materials, as needed
• Provide general administrative support to the pre-litigation team

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience as a Litigation Assistant, Legal Assistant, Case Manager Assistant, or in a similar legal support role within a personal injury law firm. Prior personal injury experience is required
• Working knowledge of personal injury case processes, terminology, and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable, with a strong work ethic and consistent follow-through
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Ability to quickly learn and follow established firm processes and procedures
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Hourly Range: $20.00-$25.00, depending on experience
