Ekspert Counsel in Orlando, FL seeks a highly organized Legal Case Manager to join its growing personal injury team. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, medical providers, and attorneys, guiding cases from intake through resolution and ensuring timely progress.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with pre-litigation and PI case management experience, and at least one year in a legal case management role or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Pre-litigation experience is required.
• Prior personal injury case management experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal case management role or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the case.
• Work closely with attorneys to support case strategy and case development.
• Coordinate medical treatment and maintain communication with healthcare providers.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records, billing records, and other supporting documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of demand packages and settlement materials.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized electronic case files.
• Track case milestones, deadlines, and treatment progress to ensure timely case advancement.
• Communicate with insurance carriers, clients, medical providers, and other case-related parties.
• Deliver exceptional client service while ensuring all case information is current and complete.
