Job summary

Boogieteam in the United States is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to support a U.S.-based legal client. You will independently manage cases through pre-litigation, from intake through demand, coordinating with clients, medical providers, and attorneys.

You should be organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with English- and Spanish-speaking clients, with hands-on experience handling multiple active cases and using legal case management software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on Personal Injury Case Management experience, pre-litigation.
• Proven experience independently managing and owning personal injury cases.
• Fluent or professional-level English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of the personal injury case lifecycle from intake through demand.
• Experience managing multiple active cases without constant supervision.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Experience using legal case management software or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a full caseload of personal injury cases from intake through demand

About the Role

You will take ownership of an active caseload, coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys, and ensure each case continues moving toward resolution. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, confident working independently, and comfortable communicating professionally with both English- and Spanish‑speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a full caseload of personal injury cases from intake through demand
