Job summary

Ramji Law Group in Atlanta is looking for a highly organized Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. The role will manage cases from intake to settlement, coordinate medical treatment, and maintain proactive client communication.

You will liaise with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurers to keep cases moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and bilingual Spanish skills are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a case manager or legal assistant in personal injury law.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and personal injury processes.
• Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual (especially Spanish) a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury claims.
• Assist clients with medical treatment coordination and updates.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and support.
• Collect and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other documentation; monitor case timelines and deadlines.
• Prepare case files for demand, negotiation, and settlement.
• Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to prepare cases for litigation when necessary.
• Update case management systems and maintain detailed records.
